Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026.

Not medical or mental-health advice, and not a crisis service. aitherapy.company is an AI-powered supportive chat for everyday emotional wellbeing. It is not therapy, is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or doctor, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not replace professional care. AI-generated responses can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, do not use this chat — call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (available 24/7 in the US), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.

Using aitherapy.company (the «Service») means you accept these Terms.

What the service is

aitherapy.company offers an AI chat that listens, helps you reflect, and shares general, evidence-informed coping techniques (such as CBT- and DBT-style exercises) for everyday stress, anxiety, low mood, relationships, and sleep. Responses come from third-party AI models and may contain mistakes; always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for anything important.

Not therapy, not a crisis line

The Service is supportive self-help, not psychotherapy or medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it is not a substitute for a licensed therapist, counselor, physician, or emergency service. If you may be in danger or in a mental-health emergency, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988), call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break any law, to harm yourself or others, to generate harmful or illegal content, to harass anyone, or to interfere with or reverse-engineer the Service. The Service is for adults.

Basic chat is free within the displayed limits. Optional subscriptions, if you buy them, are billed as shown at checkout, where their terms are presented.

Warranties and liability

The Service is provided «as is», without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on its output, including any health, emotional, or safety outcomes.

Changes

We may change the Service or these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
